I am happy to speak on behalf of Esch1 – this is an easy reference!!!
We have utilized Bill Esch and his team since October of 2020. I was crazy nervous making a change in IT vendor, even though we were not happy with the previous vendor. Esch1 made the transition as easy as possible and held our hands each step of the way – they were dedicated through the process and managed to keep my heart rate controlled!!
We are a 3,000-home HOA that happens to own an 18-hole golf course, a full-service restaurant with two separate banquet/catering facilities, two kitchens, two pools, tennis/pickleball courts, and a 16-room hotel – all on-site!!!
In addition, I work remotely full time, and a handful of staff work remotely occasionally. Depending on the season, we have anywhere from 70 to 125 staff members.
Esch1 is our first call with anything to do with IT services – they assist us with our ISP accounts to monitor all the internet services, along with the phone and TV services as well. Everything we do is cloud-based, and Esch1 monitors everything to do with the cloud. They manage all of our Microsoft 365 plans (lots of them). They provide a help desk, monitor our firewalls, all company PCs & laptops, switches & access points (we require so much Wi-Fi access), including the cloud servers.
Esch1 also provides all wiring for our cameras/security systems, movement of any IT-related equipment if necessary, and is always willing to assist us with any troubleshooting in relation to anything related to our very diverse and complicated systems.
We have not experienced any lag in service, and they are quick to respond to our needs. We are open 7 days a week from 6 am until sometimes 11 pm or later, so response time is crucial to our operations.
I am unsure of your type of business, but I can tell you our relationship with Esch1 is strong, and we appreciate all they do for us.
